Discrimination by Shell Malaysia

The Royal Dutch Shell group is the second-largest corporation in the world by revenues. The multinational oil company of British and Dutch origins claimed to be promoting diversity and inclusiveness by "creating an inclusive environment across the organisation", a so-called equal opportunity employer.

Diverse and inclusive by practising affirmative discrimination?

But in reality, Shell in Malaysia is not just promoting, but also encouraging and supports despicable human race discrimination. One has to be a bumiputera before he/she can start up a Shell petrol station in Malaysia.

This simply means that 40% of the population in Malaysia (who are non-bumiputeras) can forget about setting up a Shell petrol station in this country.
